Carson has evaluated a variety of project delays using the critical path method (“CPM”) including design related changes, fabrication and delivery delays, adverse weather impacts and loss of productivity. He has also analyzed claims related to cost overruns, lost profits and wrongful termination.
Carson has assisted in the preparation of claims, expert reports, settlement presentations and testimony. He has been involved in a wide variety of industrial, commercial, residential, public works and infrastructure projects including power plants, sports stadiums, high-rise condominiums, hotels and hospitals.
Carson has evaluated economic damages resulting from a variety of issues including schedule delay, force majeure, design changes, lost productivity and labor rate escalation, among others. He has also provided clients with on-going schedule support by periodically tracking schedule progress and finding areas for improvement in schedule quality and accuracy.
